Vocabulary word for the day: gratuitous - adj. (Latin root is gratus)- one of the definitions is, "without cause or justification; uncalled for".
Used in a sentence: This post was a gratuitous intrusion into Stryder's Hut.
Used in another sentence (pay attention!): Why are all of you making the gratuitous assumption that Andy got any sleep on Friday night? All he said was he spent the night in Ashland. Well????
Uncle Bill
PS - yes, gratus is the root of our word for "grace", but we can discuss the word "enigmatic" in another vocabulary lesson. :-)
Because if he hadn't he would not have been able to get up to attend his classes Uncle Bill. (And he spent this past Friday at home and I know he went to sleep!) Ha, ha!

I'm glad that no one broke into the apartment or something, while you were sleeping. That wouldn't have been good. :-)
It's good to know that all is well - hope it's fun too! ;-)
Thanks for the reassuring words Nat. ;)
