Fear turned to joy

Last night I went on a bike ride around town. It was so nice out. As I was going around town, I went down this one street and there was a cute little red head girl outside with her father. When I rode past, she glanced up. Fear jumped to her face, I startled her. A moment later a smile spread across her face. She lifted her left hand and waved at me. I waved back. That was the highlight of the ride.

Opening Day!

So Whats New...

Interviewer: So what is new in your life Mr. Sumpter?

Me: Well lets see. I have a new computer. I have had that for about a month or so and i got the Adobe Master Suite CS5 to go along with that. So I have been working with After Effects CS5 mostly. Also Christmas is coming so that is cool. Also if you don't know I work(intern) at a TV station in the mornings doing a lot of editing of shows, making promos, and doing other various projects.

Interviewer: So what happened over the weekend?

Me: Oh yeah, I went to a masquerade ball. I wore my black slacks with my red Christmas shirt and a black vest with my hair slicked back, like Joseph Gordon Levitt from Inception. I danced like 7 dances with 6 different girls and it was a lot of fun.

Interviewer: What have you been doing this week?

Me: Well aside from from working at Staples a lot and the TV Station. I have been sleeping and waiting till the last minute to finish my Christmas Shopping. Oh yeah at the station yesterday we gift wrapped this guy's desk and everything on the desk. Took about 3-4 hours and over 15 dollars of gift wrap. Pictures will be up soon hopefully. This guy, who is out of town for the week, is going to come back to a surprise.

Interviewer: What are your plans for this weekend?

Me: I hope to see the new Coen brothers new movie, True Grit, and just relax this Christmas. Watch the the Lakers and Heat game Saturday afternoon.

Interviewer: Well thanks for your time and we will catch up with you later.

Me: Thanks.

The Family is in town!

Most of my family is in town for a week or so and we are going up to Loon Lake next week for a couple of days. We are going to do some water skiing, tubing, Rail Baron and just having having fun! Its going to be grand!

The Lost Post

Howdy all!

What is going on? Well lets see with me I have been so-so busy with school and work. Today I had success because I finally got my program to run and I got a grade of 100 on it. Yes!

Yesterday, I went with Steve and Brian to Bible Talk and we had a disscussion on love. Since yesterday was Valentine's Day. It was a good disscussion. Then after that Steve and I went with the group to the Golden Dynasty, a chinese restruant down the street and hung out there for an hour or two. It was fun. Steve and I shared the Orange chicken. We all got fortune cookies and my said something like "don't strive for a simple occupation, go for the gold" or something like that. Steve got "You need some rest and relaxation over the next few days". I wanted to switch, but he said no. Then everyone started talking about really gross mold things they have found in there fridge or around there house. Some stories were pretty nasty.

After this enlighting time we all headed out of there and I boogied home where I had some r & r. That was what I did for Valentine's Day.

This week has been pretty good. Not to crazy, I had a Computer Forensics midterm on Wednesday and I wrote a book on all the essay questions. I think I did pretty well. I am really enjoy the sunshine. So nice! Can I hear a "Amen"!

Nothing new has really happened in my life, but things are looking up.....right now. :)
